We had the opportunity to review a pair of Nowali moccasins last year and fell head over heels in love with them.
(Click that link to see the ones we chose. They are adorable!)
Not only are they adorable but they are easy to put on and pull off....which works wonders when you are dealing with a cranky kiddo that doesn't want you helping her because she thinks she's way too BIG for help these days.
uh huh
So, when Lisa emailed me about checking out their new Spring collection I jumped at the opportunity.
Which pair to pick this time?
But instead of being the greedy mommy blogger that I am, I decided to pick out a pair for my nephew.
Poor kid...
Everytime I see him he is naked.
I don't know what his mom is doing with all his clothes but she sure isn't putting them on him.
She likes to use the excuse that he doesn't like wearing them.
Yeah, like I believe that one.
:snicker:
Anyhoo
She may refuse to put clothes on him but how could ANYONE refuse these Nowali Moccasins?
We chose these:
Swell, eh?
Instead of being known as "That Naked Kid"....
He will now be known as "That Naked Kid with the uber cute moccasins"
: )~

I'm a weird stripy lovin' mama... I like the Nowali Multi Strip Moccasin.. in brown/pink combo
so, do I pick another pair and wait to comment again? or just come back to tell you how awesome you and these moccasins are?
**oh, I'm a proud momma of two kids who have no clothes LOL... they neeeeed moccasins!**
I'll help you out : )
I also like the pink and brown combo.
I'd prob get the crazy cars mocs for my lil guy, since he never wears shoes.
I don't like to wear shoes either : )
My 5 y/o loves the stripy/spotty tights. Who am I kidding... I do.
ROFL!!
I would pick the Heart Moccasins, too cute
I may end up buying some of the suspender tights... Did you see those things? GENIUS!!!!
I really like the Block Stripe in Brown.
I've always wondered.... Why make no-skid socks for 6 month olds?
I know! (about the no skid socks) Old Navy even makes the 0-6 month "no skid". Strange... My babies are big chubby lumps long past that.
I like when they put the size on the bottom, I think that's a good use of "no-skid" rubber stuff. That's the only purpose I could see useful :) I can't even get my 7 month old to put weight on his fat little feet.
Kids are so lazy now days....
Geesh!
: )
Going to go put the kids to bed, I'll check on yall later.
That's very true. It does have a purpose.
My first 3 boys were so chunky, although at the time I just thought they were perfect size. But when I look back now at pictures, I'm so shocked at how huge they look.
I have an 8 month old now and he's my first skinny baby. It's a very different experience.
HA. I keep wondering when he's gonna start crawling. Or sitting. Lazy bum.
Haha. My baby still isn't crawling, but I like it that way for now. That means I don't have to baby proof the house yet, or worry about him falling down stairs.
I've got an almost-two year old that I have to entertain, so I guess it's good that Ben isn't mobile. He's a chunker too, so it will probably still be a little while. :)
:) Aren't boys fun?
So far, he's awesome. Easygoing, happy, adorable... Dimples to die for :)
awww... i love dimples!!
Especially baby bum dimples. :)
Teehee!!!
I seriously think baby bums are some of the cutest things EVER! I love how they're so tiny and squishy and perfect.
Wish my squishy bum was considered cute...
LOL! :) I love how they're all different. And I love to squish em. :) I feel sad for my 5 y/o, she looks like she's headed for my rear end.
Yep, they surely are all different. :)
We do all girl here. I love the spring flowers ones
Hi Amy! :)
Hi! I never realized how sad and nonexisistant my kiddos bottoms were. They are practically triangular!
We definitely have bums around here. The other day my husband realized he actually has a "getto" bum when he's always thought it's been so flat.
No one could get a flatter one than my hubby. His family jokes that it is a back with a crack!
A back with a crack?! Haha!! So would he rather have that or a nice plump and round one?
Not really sure. But to even things out he needed to marry someone with some serious back, which, as I've lost my "baby weight" has proven I wasn't that person.
:) I'd say that's a good problem to have.
So in your earlier post, you said that your baby is skinny. I would've agreed, till I picked him up today. He's gotten heavy!
Really? I must've just gotten used to it. I have no idea what he weighs, we'll see how much he has gained in a month.
Butts. *shrug* :)
It is hard when you're used to it. He just surprised me a little. T and M were my chunks. T had easily made it to 20 lbs by 9 mo. I don't remember #s as well with M.
So how long do you make your boys wear jeans with holes in them? Almost all the jeans I bought East for school have holes already! I really don't want to have to buy a bunch of new jeans halfway thru the year... but he doesn't like wearing the jeans with holes.
Ty in the last year has gotten so bad. Tons of his are bad. Won't buy more till, well, till we have money. :)
So frustrating!!
20 pounds at 9 months?! That may have East beat (can't remember for sure) and he was HUGE!
That is the other reason I want to scrap again...so I can find all the numbers and compare all 4. Paige is way off, even Conner who was small.
My mom still remembers so many details from our childhood! I have no idea how she does that. I have to think hard about what Trey weighed at birth!
I'm getting that way too. Like even when the dr office asks their birthdates, I actually have to think about it.
Haha. Seth is finally getting Easton's birthday right. He used to tell anyone it was 8/26 which was my due date, but his birthday is 8/28. :)
EEWWW. You went over? How could you stand it?
I couldn't! Although I believe my doctor wouldn't induce early. It was fun to see people's reactions though when they asked when I was due, I could say "today!"
Ick! Even with my first, I was all about inducing. But it seems you had a bad experience that way.
Can you feel the love tonight?
The peace the evening brings...
It's enough to make kings and vagabonds... (yeah no idea what comes next or if I was even correct)
Nope. The world for once, in perfect harmony
Hakuna Matata! What a wonderful phrase.
CHEATER! With all it's living things! (I think)
If there's anyone that would know, it would be you. And probably your kids too...? At least M?
You did choose a hard one. I really had to think about it, and now will have to check to see how I did.
Have I told you we're going to see the Broadway version when they come this year?
No! JEALOUS!!!
