If you guys have been coming here long enough then you know . . . I admit a lot of things.
*It's all about keeping it real, ya know?
Today I admit - - - I am lazy.
also - - - I am out of shape.
and - - - I could spare to lose a few pounds.
Oh and - - - I am not the healthiest eater.
Uh, I think that covers everything FOR TODAY.
Do you watch The Biggest Loser? I'm often amazed by their transformations.
A-M-A-Z-E-D
To see where they started and how they ended is just WOAH!
Admit Admit Admit . . .
Oh alright, I'll admit that I watch the beginning and end.
The middle? Ya know, where they exercise and eat healthy and want to die?
I don't watch that.
:GASP:
Ok, there was this one time I watched but I was eating a cupcake and felt guilty so I changed the channel.
WHY don't I watch?
I'm lazy.
I'm also impatient.
Ya see, I want to lose the weight and be healthy YET I don't want to do the work.
:Sigh:
I'm slowly but surely trying to implement some lifestyle changes though.
My hubby? Oh, he's been on the right track for awhile.
He's such a show off.
Listen up!

Soon I want to start walking an hour a day.
I started yesterday with my 16 year old daughter.
25 pounds by August 19th.
How? We are running the high school track, running up and down the "death" hill the football players use. 3 times a week... abs 3 times a week and yoga... in between those days.. :)
Why? Because I'm ready.. Because she wants to start her junior year off with a bang!
Huge Bang!
The Biggest Loser already inspired me to start losing weight. I am at 15 pounds and counting. My goal is another 20 pounds. I am eating healthier and exercising (nearly) every day.
I've also given up my diet soda at lunch and keep a bottle of water (refillable) on my desk.
One tip is to never "eat out of a container/bag". You need to set your portion size and stick to it. Endless boxes and bags will encourage endless eating.
My husband and I have made the commitment to get healthier and lose weight together. It helps to have a partner. He's down 25 pounds so far.
I am going on runs with the dog, slowly, but still considered running!
I started counting calories.. I can't believe how much (or little) adds up so quick!
I am trying to fill up on water, instead of eating, because lots of times that is just it! You are thirsty~
I am trying to always keep moving! I know it looks spastic sometimes, but I am constantly trying to be moving my body!!
I have developed my own water aerobic routine and will do water aerobics 2x/week and walk 2x/week Thanks.
I joined my local gym and will be going on their diet plan too.
rhoneygtn at yahoo dot com
I'll alternate jogging (3-6 miles in AM) and going to the gym (weights, resistance training).
I'll walk everyday
I want to start using my workout videos again.
Being 6 mo preg, I can't try to lose weight right now. But once baby is born, he and I and my other 3 kiddos will be doing a lot of bike riding and walking, Monday-Saturday. I also have some pilates videos I need to get back to doing. LOVE them! =)

I have been a walker for the past 25 years. Prefer the bike path along the river in the town I live in

pledged 10- eating healthier and less and moving my butt more
Now that the weather is nice I have been doing more walking around my neighborhood.
I work out with a personal trainer twice a week and do cycling classes 3 days a week
I'm planning to exercise more. We bought a small pool and I'm spending time swimming each evening and I'm trying to go for a daily bike ride with my older children.

I am counting calories, increasing my water intake, drinking two cups of green tea every day and the best thing ever, I joined a belly dancing class~!

I am reducing my portion size--I eat pretty healthy--but I like most people eat too much. Before I eat I drink a whole glass of water and take my vitamins then I will start with 3/4 sized portions--I hope to get to 1/2 size portions. I walk 4 days a week at least 30 minutes, but I'm going to up that to 45 minutes.

I plan to ride bike (a lot!)
I pledged to lose 5 pounds. I swim 3 times a week and stay away from fried foods. Thanks for the contest.
I park my car at the end of the parking lot so I have farther to walk.
I take the stair whenever I can. (I do draw the line at 10 story buildings)
I play energetic music when I clean. It makes me move more and have more fun doing it.
I try to get 8 hours of sleep. You can do more with a good night's sleep.
I limit myself to one fast food meal a month. I like McDonald's kids meal.
When I go to the grocery store with my $30 Kroger card I will buy only fruits & veggies. Thanks.
Walk around the lake 3 times a week.
Thanks for the giveaway...my wife & I swim laps or walk every day; we also lift light weights 2-3x a week.

Walking probably. I hate exercise workouts. Walking is more interesting.
Well, I've tried diets and exercise programs but I've found the weight just comes back...so I'm trying something new. I'm trying to change how I eat and live by making positive choices (ie: I love roasted, seasoned sweet potatoes...so I'll eat them instead of potato chips) instead of saying I'm not allowed to have this or can't eat that. asthenight at gmail dot com
I walk at the fitness center.
I am eating more fresh fruits and veggies. I am also walking daily and have pulled out the exercise equipment and am starting a routine 3 days a week.
I start each day with an hour on the treadmill, and I supplement that exercise by playing tennis at least twice a week, walking or biking to work whenever I can, and taking small steps like parking at the far end of lots and taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Foodwise, I definitely try to count calories and keep my intake under 2000 a day to maintain a healthy weight. Thanks!
gkaufmanss@yahoo.com
I've also begun to replace unhealthy snacks and drinks with better options - water or Vitamin Water for soft drinks and fresh fruit for candy. Also, when I do indulge, I try to make up for it by exercising more or getting myself immediately back on track without getting discouraged. Thanks!

Me and my husband have been riding bikes together.

I'm training for my first 5k. trinitygsd at yahoo dot com
I don't have time for an actual exercise routine, so my routine includes parking far away from everywhere (work included), powerwalking thru the grocery store, 100 baby lifts per day (minimum), there is no such thing as an elevator or escalator, and carnal sweating as often as possible. Who needs a gym?!?
kanderspina~at~yahoo~dot~com
We jog pretty often, but we just got the Insanity DVDs, so we are going to try those soon...eek!
I don't get to watch the show (I'm at work) but I want to lose. I
m unmotivated to exercise but I'm trying to fit in walking every day.
I have started walking back and forth to work instead of driving. I also plan on taking the dog for longer walks each evening.
We are working in the garden digging up a pathway and then will be shoveling six cubic yards of rock in where we dug.
