My Beautiful Mommy
Author: Michael Salzhauer, MD

This is a must-have book for anyone with young children considering plastic surgery.

About the book :
Join a young girl as her mommy goes through her plastic surgery experience, and learn how the entire family pitches in to help mommy achieve her beautiful results.
Undergoing a plastic surgery procedure can be a exciting and stressful time for you and your family. This book will make your plastic surgery experience more understandable for your little ones.

**
Dr. Michael Saltzhauer, a renowned plastic surgeon, wrote My Beautiful Mommy to help patients explain their transformation to their children. The story guides children through Mommy's surgery and healing process in a friendly, nonthreatening way.

For more information on this book visit the My Beautiful Mommy website.

**
I have one copy of My Beautiful Mommy to give away.
All you have to do is answer these questions....
Have you ever had plastic surgery?
If you haven't had plastic surgery, would you consider it?
If so....What type of surgery would you like to have?
I have not had any type of surgery however, I would be open to a little "Lifty Lift" of the TWINS (If ya know what I mean!) lol

This giveaway will end on Monday, February 9th and a winner will be notified.

I haven't had plastic surgery and probably wouldn't unless it was reconstructive and could hide scars. :)

I've never had plastic surgery but would definitely consider ditching these tiny B's for something more in the C size. lol I've also thought about getting my skin on my stomach fixed, thanks to my 2 kids it's got this funky stretched out saggy look to it.. it's so depressing! I used to have a gorgeous tummy with pretty skin.

I haven't ever had plastic surgery. But, I'm not gonna lie. If it was FREE I would be getting a boob job and a nose job LOL. Too bad it's not free.

I haven't had it, but would definitely consider it. I'd definitely go for the tummy tuck, after 5 kids things just aren't as firm as they used to be lol.

I never had plastic surgery but I had a mole removed for purely cosmetic reasons. I would only consider actual cosmetic surgery if I was in an accident or something.

Yes, I've had plastic surgery, twice actually both being breast augmentations.
I'd definitely consider more, in fact, when I'm done having children, I'll most definitely be getting a tummy tuck!

I've never had it, but I would certainly consider it, after I've lost weight. which I am close to doing. I could get rid of some excess skin, and clean up my body a bit. :) eyeslikesugar [at] gmail [dot] com

I would probably have a tummy tuck after my hysterectomy. Due to my endometriosis, I swell a lot.
Thanks.

I haven't but, I would consider it, I would have breast reconstruction, maybe something else don't know. I I've aged in the last three years since getting pregnant (I'm 38) I blame it on lack of sleep!

Yes I've had it done but I would not recomend it. There are too many complications that come down the road. rosans4@comcast.net

I was born dry birth! I waws left with the top of my head scared & scar tissues does not grow hair.
I have had 5 scalp reductions. They would remove some of it & pul it together & then do it again in 3- 4 years.
So all the hair on the top of my head was on the sides.
My legs were scared too but never had them sanded.

I've never had plastic surgery but I'm not sure. One of my boobs is bigger then the other, but I don't think it matters. My boyfriend loves them, lol. Thanks, Godesseablu@msn.com
