I like to watch
Jon & Kate PLUS 8 all the time. It's one of my favorite shows, actually. I often sit back and giggle thinking "Better them than ME!" and I love the opening where Kate says "I could very well lose my mind.". OH HONEY, I FEEL YOUR PAIN!
I have also watched
17 Kids and Counting (The Duggar Family). That family.....Well, that family amazes me. They have it together and are very CALM and LOVING like ALL. THE. TIME. While they do not have Sextuplets or even twins, they do have A LOT OF KIDS and again I think to myself...... "Better them than ME!" (However, they think differently and may even have more kids) MORE POWER TO THEM!
Well, now we are hearing about the
lady in California that had Octuplets. AND WE ARE HEARING A LOT ABOUT IT!
I just don't know what to think about this. The lady already had 6 other kids and claims she is not in it for the money. Ok, if she is NOT in it for the money then why did she hire a publicist and why are we hearing about all these endorsements she is trying to get?
Seriously? Please tell me someone is not out there going through fertility treatments and actually trying for more than one baby for the FAME and FORTUNE.
Of course no one knows but the lady who had the babies.......Maybe she was not supposed to be implanted with that many eggs.....Maybe she did want a HUGE family?
But come on! It does kind of seem odd, right?
