I didn't notice the nails, so at least they're clean. Unlike a certain lil boy I know and harass daily.

You should see my little guy's nails. When my mother-in-law was over she went and cut his nails - I was SUPER embarrassed!

Ha! I had to laugh. It's a major production in our house to cut nails. It is apparently not unusual for autistic people to hate nail and hair cutting.

I saw a picture of a boy in his twenties with nails that could break the Guinness world record.

Instead, I just chase my son all over the house and sit on him, because I have a thing about long and dirty nails. One day I won't be able to sit on him any longer. I wonder what I'll do?

Also, every time I cut them, I beg him to remember to make me proud when he grows up and to cut his nails on his own. I also have given his younger sister responsibility for making sure he nags him about personal hygiene in the event something happens to her father and I.
