Kid Essentials from BOOST

I often worry about my children getting enough vitamins and nutrients......
Am I feeding them the right foods?
Which vitamins do they need the most of?
How do I find products that have all these vitamins and nutrients but still taste good?

AH, It's enough to drive a mom crazy.
Oh Wait.....I was already crazy!

Anyhoo, We received a sample of Boost's Kid Essentials in the mail the other day. I looked on the carton and it contains the following :
25 essential vitamins & minerals
7 grams of muscle building protein
Vitamins C, E and selenium
It's Lactose Free and Gluten Free
There's no high fructose corn syrup
hmmmm......I wasn't so sure about this so I decided to take one for the team and try it myself. Afterall, there was only two cartons and we all know there would have been a fight between the three of them anyway.
My first thought: YUM! But I wanted to make sure so I had to sip on the second one too.
My second thought: MMMM....
Ya know, they might just like these!
So what did I do?
I ran to Wal-Mart and picked up a 6pk *3 for them and 3 for me* (I'm KIDDING!)
They were out of the Vanilla so I chose Strawberry instead.
My Kids thoughts: YUMMY! and my little princess told me I made good drinks. (haha!) I'll take the credit for ya BOOST. I hope you don't mind.

You guys should definately pick these up on your next grocery trip. Not only do they taste GREAT but there's always room for extra vitamins and nutrients, right?

I could use an easy way to get vitamins into the kids lately.
